FIS in Massachusetts is seeking a detail-focused Production Operator to join the Print & Insert team. You will operate high-speed printing and inserting equipment, set up materials, clear jams and maintain logs while meeting deadlines.

Based in a fast-paced environment, you will train less-experienced operators, support quality control, and keep work areas clean. Schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST with one weekend per month.

Qualificações

• Operate basic office or production equipment and learn job-specific applications.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to consistently produce accurate work.
• Clear, tactful and constructive verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry skills with the ability to maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues, clear jams and perform basic adjustments.
• Follow detailed operating procedures and quality control requirements.
• Stand, walk and bend while lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Operate high-speed printing and inserting equipment to process client materials.
• Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams and resolve routine malfunctions.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Follow client-specific setup instructions and procedures for accurate output.
• Complete operator reports and maintain accurate production logs.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments for reliable system performance.
• Keep work areas clean and replenish supplies as needed.
• Track supplies and inventory; collaborate with QA and Presort teams.
• Train and assist less-experienced operators and provide lead coverage.
