Job summary

Cubic Corporation seeks a Senior Level Circuit Card Assembly Design Engineer to lead design of high-speed CCAs with complex components, FPGAs, and memory interfaces. You will own cradle-to-grave development, from requirements to prototype bring-up and testing.

Proven expertise in 10+ multi-layer CCAs, high-speed SerDes, and power delivery is required. Altium, SI/PI tools, and 3D interconnect knowledge are essential. This role offers a competitive pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive related experience; Master’s preferred.
• Experience designing, developing and testing hardware.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience documenting system and subsystem designs.
• Ability to work under project deadlines and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret system level requirements and translate into CCA designs.
• Design, analyze, test, and document state-of-the-art Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).
• Schematic design using Altium Designer and optimize PCB stackups.
• Develop hardware interfaces and procurement specifications; drive design reviews.
