Qualifications

• 6+ years of hardware design experience in complex systems and hardware design.
• Strong digital and analog circuit design with architecture tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated leadership including mentoring engineers.
• Experience with signal integrity and power distribution techniques.
• Board-level design using Cadence tools such as OrCAD and Allegro.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own complex hardware designs from schematic capture to bring‑up and validation.
• Drive high-speed digital design decisions addressing SI/PI at system level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including layout, validation, manufacturing, and firmware.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and empirical testing on new designs.
• Set technical direction and best practices within the team.
