Acacia designs intelligent transceivers using advanced signal processing for high-speed fiber optic transmission. You will provide technical leadership in defining and implementing large-scale block on a complex chip, mentor teammates, and drive design methodology from conception to production.

You will work with cross-functional groups to align strategies and optimize solutions, while contributing to research initiatives and ensuring the highest quality design practices across teams.

Qualificações

• BSEE with 15+ years, or MS with 12+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of top-down design method and high-speed ICs
• Experience in design, simulation and measurement of high-speed ICs in multiple areas
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre and layout validation tools
• Proficiency with Matlab and AMS simulations

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership in definition and implementation of large-scale block on a complex chip
• Mentor team members and track deliverables, participate in peer review of IC designs
• Provide expert advice on design methodology from conception to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define future strategies and optimized solutions
• Engage in active Cisco research initiatives and cross-team coordination
