Job summary

NcodiN is seeking highly motivated Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineers to join our high-speed optical transceiver team. You will architect, design, and productize electro-optical interconnects for our I/O platform, collaborating with photonics, packaging, and product engineering groups.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on high-speed analog/mixed-signal ICs, RF ICs, or electro-optical ICs.
• 3+ years (PhD) or 5+ years (MS) in the design of analog/mixed-signal, RF, or electro-optical ICs.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre, Keysight ADS, and Ansys HFSS/Momentum.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits for optical transceiver front-ends in CMOS/SiGe BiCMOS processes.
• Collaborate with photonics and system teams to derive specs for electrical ICs supporting high-speed links.
• Perform IC floor-planning, layout guidance, and parasitic modeling for high-speed paths.
