Job summary

Boise Independent School District is seeking a FDSR Worker SR High 3.0 HR for Borah High. The role supports school meal programs with a 3-hour daily shift (09:00 AM–12:00 PM) and a 180-day calendar. Pay ranges from $16.65 to $18.00 per hour, with standard benefits for eligible staff.

New hires may be eligible for movement on the Classified Salary Schedule based on prior experience. Employment is at-will and fingerprint/background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for recipes, production sheets, and cashiering.
• Willingness to learn and follow Federal, State, Local, District and Foodservice policies and regulations.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to be self-directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support food service operations at Borah High.
• Assist with meal preparation and cashiering as needed.
• Follow district policies and health/safety guidelines.
