Job summary

Gale Hotels, a Miami-based real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Senior Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex development projects across South Florida. The role focuses on high rise residential, hospitality, and mixed-use builds, acting as Owners Representative through all phases from permitting to turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible construction management experience.
• Experience managing high rise residential, hospitality, mixed use, multifamily or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre development through project completion and turnover.
• Act as the Owners Representative on assigned projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and governmental agencies.
• Review drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules and consultant reports.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule delays, budget impacts and risks.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reports to ownership and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and regulatory requirements.
