Job summary

Osaic is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer planning, and related legislative developments impacting high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience practicing law in trusts and estates and the ability to analyze complex documents, identify planning opportunities, and communicate

Qualifications

10+ years of experience practicing law with a primary focus on trusts and estates.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
Deep understanding of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts.
Strong ability to communicate complex estate planning concepts to non-attorney audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors supporting high-net-worth clients.
Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents.
Identify gaps and opportunities within clients' existing estate plans.
Collaborate with internal planning specialists to support complex client situations.
