Osaic seeks a highly experienced Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer planning, and related legislative developments impacting high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience practicing law in trusts and estates, the ability to analyze complex documents, identify planning opportunities, and communicate sophisticated concepts

Qualifications

Extensive experience practicing law in trusts and estates.
Ability to analyze complex estate planning documents.
Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning instruments.
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients.
Review and summarize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, tax returns, and related documents.
Identify opportunities, risks, and gaps in client estate plans.
Collaborate with internal planning specialists and business partners to coordinate recommendations.
Educate advisors on estate planning concepts and trends.
