Osaic is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role centers on expert estate planning strategy, trust design, and wealth transfer planning for sophisticated clients.
You will analyze complex documents, identify improvements, and communicate insights to financial advisors. You will help educate advisors and contribute to planning resources for the broader advisor population.
Competenze
- 10+ years of experience practicing law with a primary focus on trusts and estates.
- Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
- Strong knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts.
Mansioni
- Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors supporting high-net-worth clients.
- Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and gaps within client estate plans.
