Job summary

Osaic is seeking a highly experienced Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer planning, and related legislative developments impacting high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive law practice in trusts and estates, the ability to analyze complex documents, identify opportunities and gaps, and communicate sophisticated concepts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
• Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors supporting high-net-worth clients.
• Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.).
• Identify opportunities, risks, and gaps within client estate plans.
• Collaborate with internal planning specialists and business partners to support complex client situations.
• Educate financial advisors on estate planning concepts through trainings, webinars, and resources.
• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and tax developments affecting estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
