Job summary

MEM Insurance is seeking a Senior Claims Representative to join our Claims team. You’ll manage high-exposure workers’ compensation claims, lead investigations into coverage and fraud, and collaborate across departments to drive strategic outcomes.

As a senior member, you’ll mentor junior adjusters, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion process improvements while delivering exceptional service to policyholders and injured workers.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of claims handling experience, with high exposure to Workers’ Compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• AIC/AIM or CPCU designation preferred or obtainable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-exposure workers’ compensation claims with complex life cycles.
• Lead investigations into coverage, fraud, and compliance.
• Oversee medical case management for catastrophic injuries.
• Mentor junior adjusters and drive process improvements.
• Partner with legal teams on settlements and subrogation.
