Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or training for subject and level assigned.
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum for Culinary Arts.
• Accommodate individual student differences in instruction and assessment.
• Present subject matter per TEA guidelines, policies, and regulations.
• Integrate technology and materials to support learning for diverse students.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula as needed per IEPs.
• Plan instructional goals and methods with staff and adhere to district requirements.
• Supervise and mentor teacher aides or volunteers as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with families and administrators.
