Job summary

Compass Pathways plc in the United States is seeking an experienced HEOR Science Liaison to connect with payer decision makers and communicate clinical and economic evidence for COMP360 and related therapies.

This field-based, remote role reports to the Director of HEOR and requires 8–12+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in HEOR or Market Access, plus a valid driver’s license for 50–70% travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health science or related field required.
• Minimum 8–12+ years pharma/biotech experience, with 5+ years in field HEOR or Market Access.
• Strong knowledge of health economics methodology and payer landscape in the US.
• Ability to translate scientific and economic data into payer-focused narratives.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage payer thought leaders and formulary decision makers.
• Deliver scientifically rigorous presentations on trial data, RWE, and pharmacoeconomics.
• Support design and execution of observational studies and economic analyses.
• Collaborate with HEOR, MSLs, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
