Job summary

Lantheus is seeking a HEOR Director to lead outcomes research strategies across its portfolio and collaborate with Commercial, Medical and R&D teams. The role emphasizes translating clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into compelling value narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

The position is remote across the United States and requires 25-30% travel, with a strong focus on developing evidence to support both pipeline assets and in-line products.

Qualifications

• MS or MPH degree required; related field accepted.
• At least 7 years of HEOR experience (10 years with Master’s) in diverse methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• As HEOR Prostate Franchise lead, partner with cross-functional teams and represent HEOR at Asset/Commercial/Medical meetings.
• Develop and implement fit-for-purpose HEOR strategies for inline and pipeline products.
• Oversee HEOR study design, protocols, analyses, and publication of findings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access and Medical teams to create HEOR-driven field materials per FDA guidance.
• Manage budget and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Provide HEOR thought leadership to align with evolving business priorities.
