What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and methodological expertise to support business development and reimbursement strategies
- Design and execute primary analyses of healthcare claims data for publication in peer-reviewed journals
- Clean, prepare, and analyze claims data using SAS, including patient selection and dataset linking
- Assist in developing coding and analysis infrastructure for new data assets
- Translate complex data analysis results into visually appealing presentations suitable for various audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of health economics and outcomes research experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in SAS programming and experience with data analysis
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a matrixed organization
- Experience in analyzing large administrative claims or EHR databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (MS/MA/MPH) in relevant fields such as Biostatistics, Economics, or Data Science
- Knowledge of advanced predictive modeling techniques and their application in healthcare
- Familiarity with medical code sets (ICD-10-CM, CPT, NDC)
- Comfort with data visualization and report preparation
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
