Job summary

Robinson Helicopter Company seeks a Maintenance Instructor to develop and deliver technical training on R22, R44, and R66 maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair. You will teach in classroom, lab, and hands-on settings to technicians, operators, and service centers, ensuring FAA compliance and industry best practices.

You will update curricula, create instructional materials, and mentor technicians while maintaining records and supporting regulatory audits.

Qualifications

FAA A&P certificate required.
Minimum 5 years helicopter maintenance experience.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with R22/R44/R66 helicopters.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical maintenance training for Robinson helicopter models.
Provide instruction on airframe, powerplant, and avionics maintenance procedures.
Demonstrate inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing techniques.
Create and update training materials and course content.
Maintain training records, schedules, and program effectiveness metrics.
