Qualifications

• FAA regulations, maintenance practices, and safety standards knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years helicopter maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with R22, R44, and/or R66.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training on maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
• Provide student support and assess performance.
• Maintain training records and program effectiveness metrics.
