Job summary

Waymark is hiring a HEDIS Quality Program Principal to own the contractual quality measures and end-to-end campaigns. You’ll translate requirements into scalable workflows, manage vendor partners, and drive improvement cycles to boost patient outcomes and contractual performance.

You will collaborate with Care Ops, Learning & Development, and Analytics to design campaigns, develop job aids, dashboards, and data validation processes while staying abreast of industry trends in quality and clinical

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare quality, quality operations, population health, value-based care, or related field.
• 5+ years with NCQA HEDIS quality measures and performance programs, translating requirements into scalable workflows.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI or equivalent).
• Strong program and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of HEDIS contractual quality measures and roadmap across partnerships.
• Translate specifications into executable programs, build workflows, and manage vendor partners.
• Lead retrospectives and improvement cycles to accelerate gap closure.
• Collaborate with Care Operations and Learning to develop job aids, SOPs, and training.
• Coordinate data submissions and reconciliation across payer partners.
• Define measure logic, dashboards, patient lists, and gap reporting with Analytics.
• Serve as SME for Clinical Product Development to ensure scalable automation and AI innovations.
• Support contract negotiations with Business Development on HEDIS metrics and targets.
