Job summary

Waymark is a mission-driven organization improving Medicaid care through data-driven quality programs. As the HEDIS Quality Program Principal, you will own Waymark’s contractual quality performance, translate requirements into scalable workflows, coordinate with vendor partners, and drive end-to-end program design and deployment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop job aids and enablement, monitor performance, and align with Care Ops and Clinical product development to scale automation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality, quality operations, population health, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with NCQA HEDIS quality measures and performance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of HEDIS contractual quality measures and roadmap across Waymark’s partnerships.
• Translate measure specifications into executable programs and manage vendor partners.
• Conduct retrospectives and structured improvement cycles to close gaps.
• Develop and maintain job aids, SOPs, and training for care teams.
• Coordinate data submissions and reconciliation with payer partners.
• Define measure logic, dashboards, and reports with Analytics team.
