Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a technical lead for quality analytics focused on HEDIS data integrity and performance. The role develops structured data quality approaches, collaborates across the enterprise, and translates business requirements into analytics specifications using SAS, SQL, and Python.

You will lead analytics development and reporting, work with cross-functional teams, and present findings to drive opportunities that improve clinical quality and cost

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in data analytics, HEDIS, SAS or related field.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, HEDIS data or relational health care databases.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a structured approach to data quality for HEDIS data.
• Lead quality performance analytics, development, and reporting to deliver actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into analytics design and specifications.
• Create integrated analytic datasets and summarize findings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Present analytics findings to internal leadership and collaborate across teams.
