Qualifications

• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Motivated with a rapid learning curve.
• Basic understanding of interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps, fixed income and debt products.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting and finance.
• Strong communication to interface with Front Office, Operations and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation & analysis of daily P&L and position reports for Front Office.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of hedge documentation.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to implement reporting requirements and resolve issues.
• Monthly monitoring and reporting of core balances and thresholds.
• Prepare and review monthly regression analyses to assess hedge effectiveness.
• Compile analyses to explain P&L components and drivers of hedge activity.
• Assist in the implementation of new hedging strategies.
• Oversight of procedures and controls around hedging activities.
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and other analytical requests.
