Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Experience with hedge accounting and financial instruments required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hedge accounting process including valuation, testing, controls and reporting.
• Advise internal stakeholders on accounting implications of hedge relationships.
• Perform hedge correlation testing and ensure timely reviews.
• Review hedge documentation with external auditors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly hedge results.
• Manage month-end close for derivatives and escalate issues.
• Lead process improvements and IT solution enhancements.
• Support ad hoc projects across Treasury, Risk and IT.
