You will apply deep domain expertise to optimize lending operations and ensure regulatory alignment, partnering with government stakeholders and product teams.

As a trusted advisor, you will guide system design, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet mission objectives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in financial management and HECM servicing.
• Expertise in FHA Mortgage Loan Servicing and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of FHA policies, Mortgagee Letters, and Ginnie Mae.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FHA HECM loan servicing and design servicing solutions.
• Support design, implementation, and optimization of servicing tech platforms and info systems.
• Analyze workflows, systems integrations, and processes for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on process improvements and risk mitigation.
