Job summary

Alliance Group Technologies Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site field execution for large industrial projects. You will report to base operations, support project timelines, and coordinate with the site team to ensure safety, quality and timely completion.

3–5+ years in related field are required. You will monitor progress, manage cost and schedules, review plans, and liaise with suppliers and owners to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience with large, complex projects with mixed internal/external and labor/non-labor costs.
• Experience building combined cycle or simple cycle power plants.
• Experience building or managing heavy industrial work.
• General Contracting experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc).
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
• Clear verbal and written communication with job team and owners.
• Ability to read and interpret business reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site field execution and ensure contract adherence for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure milestones are met.
• Review plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Prepare or direct preparation of reports, specifications, plans, environmental studies, and designs as necessary.
• Maintain project schedules with construction manager or project scheduler.
• Prepare, issue, and implement quality control procedures per owner contract and company requirements.
• Assist in RFIs, NCRs, change orders, and commercial tasks with Lead Project Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on quality matters and corrective actions.
• Manage invoices, cost, and cash flow projections.
• Assist Project Manager with daily activities and documentation.
