This leadership role oversees all phases from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with estimators, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in heavy civil or heavy highway construction
• 3+ years in a Project Manager role (senior-level preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong DOT/public works knowledge
• Experience with project management software and cost control systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Karvo Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy highway and infrastructure construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects — from pre-construction through final completion — ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. We specialize in heavy highway underground utility work, dirt excavation, asphalt paving, and concrete work. Work is performed for ODOT, various counties, cities and townships throughout Northeast Ohio. Position Summary
