Karvo Companies, Inc. in Northeast Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex heavy highway and infrastructure construction projects, overseeing pre-construction through final completion, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with estimators, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors and owners; drive profitability, manage budgets, schedules and risks; mentor project staff and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy civil or heavy highway construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Project Manager role (senior-level preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of DOT/public works projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and cost control systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple heavy highway construction projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting.
• Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and project staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Drive project profitability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
