Job summary

TMG Construction Corp in Leesburg, VA, seeks an Operator II to operate bulldozers, graders, excavators, and other core equipment safely and efficiently on civil earthwork projects. You will inspect and grease equipment, follow safety rules, and support crew with quality work.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. OSHA training and a CPR/First Aid certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of civil construction experience.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintain grades.
• Ability to follow safety and operations instructions.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate core equipment (bulldozers, compactors, excavators, loaders, graders) safely.
• Maintain equipment to high standards; grease, inspect, refuel, and check hydraulics.
• Comply with operations and safety manuals and reference documents.
• Work cooperatively with the crew to complete tasks.
• Perform manual tasks as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Report for work on time and in appropriate attire.
• Participate in training and development to strengthen skills.
