Empower Rental Group in Flowood, Mississippi, is hiring a Level 4 Mechanic to prepare rental equipment for delivery and perform repairs and maintenance on equipment returned from customer sites. You will diagnose standard issues using diagnostic tools, complete standard and complex repairs, and maintain a safe work environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading/unloading fleet orders.
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on fleet and company vehicles.
• Keep yard and shop area clean and safe.
• Complete repairs with supervision as needed and support continuous improvement initiatives.
