Pape’ Kenworth, Ferndale, WA, is seeking an Advanced Truck Technician / Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain medium and heavy Class 7 & 8 trucks. Lead by example, uphold safety and quality, and mentor technicians in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working on medium/heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronics, HVAC, and chassis repairs.
• Basic computer knowledge; Cummins MX software experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and assertive with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium/heavy class 7/8 trucks.
• Lead by example, promoting safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Mentor and support other technicians in the shop.
• Analyze complex mechanical/electronic malfunctions and determine repair strategies.
