Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on heavy truck maintenance.
- Valid Brake Safety Certification.
- EPA Section 609 A/C System Certification.
- Class A or B CDL preferred, or the drive to earn one within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Master diagnostics and heavy repairs on our heavy-duty Diesel and CNG fleet.
- Lead safety inspections on brakes, steering, emissions, and powertrain components.
- Perform DOT and brake safety checks to stay compliant.
- Mentor B and C mechanics and share tricks of the trade.
- Coordinate repair schedules, manage parts, and keep work orders accurate.
- Maintain a safe, clean shop and uphold OSHA standards.
