Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating labour, equipment and materials, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction supervision.
• Background in bridge, highway, structural or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
