Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent for major civil infrastructure projects in the Watertown area. You will have full autonomy with strong support and a company vehicle provided.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year and requires 5+ years of site development supervision. The role demands hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving, and the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety and timeline

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil/site development.
• Strong experience with earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete or paving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and sequencing.
• Ability to manage project schedules and deadlines.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field operations on active civil projects.
• Coordinate earthwork, utilities, concrete, and paving activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure work quality and safety.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards on site.
