Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in heavy civil construction supervision.
• Experience on bridge, highway, structural, or transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and site operations.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
