Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a Civil Construction background to manage on-site operations in Goldsboro, NC. You will read plans, manage lookahead schedules, and coordinate with project managers, clients and sub-contractors to keep safety and quality at the forefront.

This role offers a competitive salary of $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits (401k, insurance, vehicle, PTO) and clear progression within a growing heavy civil and commercial project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in civil construction.
• Knowledge of heavy civil industry practices and safety standards.
• Strong managerial, organizational and communication skills to lead projects end-to-end.

• Oversee on-site projects and read plans to guide execution.
• Manage lookahead schedules and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
