Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in similar supervision, and a proven ability to coordinate resources, control budgets, and report progress to site engineers and management. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising installation of pipe and culvert on heavy civil projects.
• Current OSHA 30 or greater a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities; adjust plans for weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Delegate responsibilities to crew and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage and mentor employees and contractors.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations and safety needs.
• Emphasize safe use of tools and equipment; train on safety gear and procedures.
• Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for sites.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers and officials.
