Job summary

You will oversee planning and scheduling for heavy civil projects, create CPM schedules with resource and cost loads, and prepare narratives for formal submissions to clients, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and improve project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field is required.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
• Certification such as AACEI PSP or PMI-SP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling functions to meet operational needs and objectives.
• Partner with project stakeholders to develop baseline schedules aligned with sequencing.
• Create CPM schedules with resource and cost loads and generate reports.
• Prepare detailed schedule narratives for formal submissions to clients.
• Integrate planning tools and methodologies into a cohesive project plan.
• Update CPM schedules reflecting requirements and challenges for project completion.
• Review scheduling specs and guide contract language to mitigate risk.
• Prepare weekly schedule TIAs, updates, and reconciliations for monthly submissions.
• Support development of planning guidance across company and project levels.
• Communicate with stakeholders using heavy civil sequencing knowledge.
