FlatironDragados is seeking a skilled Scheduler in California to develop, monitor and manage multiple project schedules for small to medium construction projects. You will coordinate timelines and resources, interfacing with engineers, PMs, superintendents and estimators to keep projects on track.

You will base schedules on production and budget information, perform baseline scheduling for bids, identify risks and deliver regular status reports.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 3+ years heavy civil scheduler experience.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling and Primavera P6.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor and manage multiple project schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, superintendents and estimators.
• Baseline scheduling for bid process with estimating and engineering teams.
• Identify and report schedule/budget risks.
• Provide technical scheduling expertise to resolve issues.
• Deliver project status reports for weekly/monthly updates.
• Generate and maintain cost and resource-loaded schedules.
