Barnard Construction Company, Inc. in Bozeman, Montana seeks a Project Manager to lead heavy civil projects across North America. The role requires directing the project team, coordinating schedules and budgets, and maintaining client communications.

Extensive travel and relocation will be required to support domestic and international sites. The candidate should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in heavy civil construction, and proven leadership of project

Competenze

Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent construction experience.
Willing to travel and relocate domestically and internationally.
10 years of heavy civil construction experience with supervision of multiple engineers.

Direct and lead the project team to meet goals and objectives.
Mentor and train project staff.
Report to senior management and provide project reviews.
Coordinate training and compliance measures to ensure procedures are followed.
Define and understand scope, schedule, and budget with client and senior management.
Control and maintain overall project schedules and budgets across disciplines.
Track progress and take action to keep milestones on track.
Obtain necessary approvals for changes in scope, budget or schedule.
Maintain ongoing client communication and adjust deliverables as needed.
