Thalle Construction Co. Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead one or more multi-million-dollar heavy civil projects.

You will report to the Project Executive, partner with the operations team, and coordinate with owners, engineers and subcontractors to drive successful execution and profitability. This role requires frequent travel around Texas, a strong background in heavy civil construction, and proficiency with Primavera, Viewpoint, HCSS Heavy Bid and P6.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional licenses/certifications and contractor’s licenses are required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera, Viewpoint, HCSS Heavy Bid, and P6.
• 30-hour OSHA construction safety course within the last five years or equivalent training.
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships within the business and externally.

Responsabilidades

• This position will be fully accountable for the financial performance of the project and overall management direction for one or more multi-million-dollar heavy civil construction projects.
• The Project Manager has authority over major decisions related to project plan and implementation.
• Travel around Texas is frequent; residence can be anywhere in the Texas region.
• Plan and formulate civil construction projects according to requirements and standards.
• Ensure overall project quality control, including review of designs for compliance with principles, standards and contract requirements.
• Develop and monitor project budgets to meet margins and submit cost reports.
