Structural Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy civil work in Texas. You will lead complex projects from planning through execution, coordinating with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a civil/structural background, 7–12 years of experience in heavy civil construction, and a proven ability to manage projects $1M–$10M+. Travel regionally is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• 7–12 years of heavy civil construction experience
• Experience managing projects ranging from $1M–$10M+
• Background in bridge work, post-tensioning, structural concrete, strengthening, or related specialty construction
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Responsabilidades

• Lead project safety and quality initiatives while mentoring field teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L
• Oversee contracts, buyouts, subcontractors, and procurement
• Coordinate work plans, submittals, and equipment needs
• Partner with estimating and sales teams on proposals and bid reviews
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Field Managers, Superintendents, and crews
