Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience within a heavy civil construction or engineering firm.
• B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project superintendent to manage owner and subcontractor expectations.
• Attend pre-construction, project, and staff meetings.
• Monitor quantities and prepare monthly billing invoices.
• Review pay estimates with owner.
• Process change orders and manage project schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality control and project integrity.
