Job summary

DCS Contracting, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager with a heavy civil background to lead multiple projects in the Greater Phoenix area.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Interns to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards. Ideal candidates have a proven track record managing complex civil infrastructure programs, strong leadership, and excellent communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction-related PM experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects and project teams in heavy civil construction.
• Experience mentoring and developing project management personnel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project teams from startup through closeout.
• Develop and maintain client relationships for long-term success.
• Serve as liaison between client reps and project teams on status and progress.
• Oversee contracts, specs, schedules, costs, safety, and quality.
• Provide oversight to PMs, PMEs, Superintendents, and field staff.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve leadership and project performance.
• Review monthly budgets, job costs, and productivity reports.
• Support development of plans, contracts, cost models, and controls.
