Job summary

Confidential Employer in Livermore, CA seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator to lead projects from estimating through field execution. This on-site role partners with field crews, superintendents, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, profitable outcomes.

You will prepare budgets, takeoffs, bid packages, and proposals while overseeing schedules and cost control for concrete, earthwork, foundations, and related scopes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly relevant heavy civil construction project management and estimating experience.
• Strong construction background involving concrete, dirt/earthwork, excavation, or geotechnical construction.
• Experience working for a heavy civil, earthwork, concrete, or specialty construction contractor.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects and prepare accurate estimates.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, takeoffs, bidding, and cost control.
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Bay Area construction experience strongly preferred.
• On-site in Livermore, CA.
