Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy civil PM and estimating
• Experience with concrete, earthwork, foundations
• Ability to read plans, specs, and manage budgets, scheduling, forecasting

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion
• Prepare estimates, budgets, takeoffs, bid packages, pricing, and proposals
• Manage concrete, earthwork, foundations, and related scopes
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and change management
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, owners, engineers and stakeholders
• Identify constructability issues, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Mentor junior PM/estimating staff
• Maintain strong client relationships to meet quality, schedule and profitability goals
