Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Five+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or deep foundation construction.
• Experience managing public infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management.
• Familiarity with unit-price contracts, competitive bidding procedures, and government-funded construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity objectives.
• Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project owners.
• Administer project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related records.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, productivity, and overall progress to achieve goals.
• Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients, and resolve issues efficiently.
