Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or commercial building construction supervision experience.
• Direct experience soliciting, pricing, negotiating, and hiring subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of PEMB systems, mechanical/electrical installations, and site development.

Responsibilities

• Develop site logistics plans, construction sequencing, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage the erection of PEMB, structural steel, and concrete foundations.
