This safety-sensitive position involves contract management, scheduling, and site oversight across various heavy civil projects, including bridges and foundations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Management).
• At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction and/or deep foundation construction.
• Experience with private and public sector projects preferred.
• Bridge construction experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy civil or foundation work (mass concrete, post-tensioning, dams, drilling, soil nails, caissons, tie backs, shotcrete, slurry walls).

Responsibilities

• Interface with project stakeholders, track progress, and develop staff.
• Perform contract management, change orders, subcontracts, scheduling, and coordination with superintendents.
• Mentor project management team and oversee construction projects to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
• Build strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
• Support safety and compliance in line with project requirements.
