Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a highly skilled Site Civil Lead to manage projects from concept through construction in the southeastern United States. You will lead site civil engineering efforts, oversee grading, drainage, and infrastructure, and develop stormwater designs with hydrology analyses.

With PE licensure and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, you will coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or substantial civil eng. experience with related degree.
• 10+ years of site civil engineering experience across various project types.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with stormwater, hydrology/hydraulics, drainage analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of grading, site layout, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, permitting, site development.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of the site civil team and client relationships.

How You Will Make An Impact

Requirements

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Site Civil Engineering and Project Delivery?

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or substantial civil engineering experience supported by a bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of site civil engineering experience across a variety of project types.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Demonstrated experience with stormwater system design, hydrology/hydraulics, drainage analysis, and technical reporting.
• Strong understanding of grading, site layout, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, permitting, and site-development requirements.
• Ability to independently make sound engineering and design decisions.
• Experience coordinating projects with clients, permitting authorities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to balance technical quality, schedules, and multiple project priorities.
• Ability to travel as needed for projects, client meetings, and company activities.
