TYG is a private, employee-owned engineering consultancy delivering community infrastructure and major development projects across the Southeast. You will take ownership of civil site development projects, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships, budgets and schedules.

The role combines hands-on engineering oversight with team leadership and business development across residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license.
• 5+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• Experience managing civil site development projects within a consulting environment.
• Strong technical understanding of water, sewer and storm drainage infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
